We manufacture solid wood modular kitchens, wardrobes and other furniture items, mainly from vacuum treated (resistant to Borers and Termites etc.) and kiln dried Rub Wood / Mahogany /MDF /Teak etc.
Even the carcass (box inside) is also made out of solid wood with 5 piece shutter complimenting it.
The accessories used are fully imported branded items mainly of HETTICH -Germany and KAFF -Italy.
The units are finally coated with UV/ PU lacquer of your choice colour to obtain the desired finish.
You can get a general feel of the quality and finish from the attached photographs.
All the items are custom built to ensure optimum utilization of the available space.
If you want to make it more economical, we can make the carcass alone out of laminated MDF.
All the units are "knock down assembly type " which makes it easy for re-location.
The ordered items are fully manufactured in our factory as per measurements and only the final assembly and installation take place at your site with minimum disturbance.
All the input items are carefully chosen to withstand tropical atmospheric conditions like prolonged humidity and varying temperature.
As stated above, we provide excellent finish to our products with combination of UV and PU lacquer finish, which provides resistance to water stains and heat etc. Choice of different shades such as Teak, Rosewood, American walnut, Kaya Mahogany are available.
